For Patients

The Therapy Center of Longmont welcomes patients with or without a referral from their doctors. We are direct access providers.

Your First Visit

For your first visit, please wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing that will allow the physical therapist to examine the injured area. Also bring a swim suit and towel if pool therapy will be a portion of your exercise. Bring with you a list of any prescribed medications you are currently taking as well as over-the-counter medications you take regularly. You will meet one-on-one with your physical therapist on each visit to our clinic.

Insurance/Private Pay

The Therapy Center of Longmont accepts Medicare and most major insurance carriers. We welcome all patients, whether or not you have a referral from your doctor.
